There are several competing realty news services, but ours is different.  Our focus is this:  "How is this news story gonna help our readers make more money?"  If ABC Realty Giant is acquiring XYZ Realty Midget ... excuse me while I yawn ... big deal.  What's in it for me?  What about MY needs?

So we don't have deadlines. We don't have a regular schedule.  I'm only gonna pop in on you when I've got some delicious tidbits for you.  As my mamma used to say, "If you don't have anything income-producing-to-your-readers to say, don't say anything."  Actually she used the word "nice", but why quibble?
